ALL-IRELAND SQUARES - HURLING & FOOTBALL

RULES:

$20 entry fee gets you a randomly selected square and entry in both the Football and the Hurling Finals.

Winners are determined at the end of the 1st half, and at the Final whistle (including extra time) in each code. The winner is determined by looking at the last number in each of the teams' score, and then matching those numbers on the grid and seeing which square intersects those two numbers. E.g. if Dublin were playing Donegal in Football, and the score at half-time was Dublin 1-03 (6 points) and Donegal 2-04 (10 points). The last number for Dublin in total points is 6, and the last number for Donegal in total points is 0. The square on the grid that has Dublin with a number of 6, and Donegal score of 0, would be the winner. And the same rules for the Final game score Winner.

There will be a prize for total game Wides. E.g. if Dublin get 4 wides in the game and Donegal get 6 then the square where those numbers intersect gets a prize.

There will also be a Dirty Play prize for total game cards. Cards are assigned a value of Black=1, Yellow=2, and Red=3. The number of accumulated cards and their associated value will be totaled up for each team and then the square where the last digit, similar to the scoring prize, of those numbers intersect gets a prize. E.g. if Dublin get 1 black card and 2 yellow cards they have a total score of 5, and if Donegal have 1 black and 1 red card they have a total score of 4, so the square where Dublin is 5 and Donegal is 4 insect gets a prize.

Competition is based on the Sept. 4th Hurling Final and the Sept. 18th Football Final. Any replays are irrelevant.

Blank unsold squares are split between the Darkness Into Light charity, Toronto Gaels and Clan na Gael.

Squares will be allocated using a random generator.

Moderator's decisions are final.

ENTRY CLOSED ON FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 2ND.
