The Toronto Gaels 2017 AGM will take place on Wednesday, November 1st at 7:30pm.
All club members and players are asked to attend and give their input on the running of the club.
The location is 24 Wellesley St. West. (Condo building)
It will take place in the event room on the 24th floor.
Agenda will be as follows:
(a) Items from previous Annual General Meeting
(b) Annual Report by the Secretary
(c) Annual Financial Report by the Treasurer
(d) Chairman’s Address.
(e) Election of Officers and Members of the Executive Committee for 2016. (Chairman, Vice-Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Registrar, Players Rep, Committee Member x 3)
(f) Notices of Motions.
(g) Any Other Business.
Please forward any motions for discussion to be included on the agenda. Any proposed regulation changes at the Toronto or Canadian Board Levels can be discussed at the club AGM before forwarding for the Toronto GAA AGM (Nov 26, 2017).
